We guarantee our products to be free of defects and will gladly exchange or refund any item found to be defective within 30 days of receipt. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace your order or refund your money (minus shipping and handling) No restocking fees, No hassle!
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
- Contact us to start a return (Select 'Returns and Refunds' as the subject and be sure to include your Order/Invoice Number).
- We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping instructions and address.
- Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. A refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
- All returns require a return authorization number. Items received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted and will be either rejected or returned are your own cost.
- A prepaid return label will be provided for item/s that are defective/not working correctly.
- We are not responsible for lost return packages. We strongly suggest you include tracking and insurance with your shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return for damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns.
If you would like to exchange your order, return the unwanted item(s) using the standard return procedure listed above, within the return period, to receive a refund. Place a new order for the desired item(s)
