How to set up a NET-30 Account with us:
- Click here to fill out a Net-30 Agreement Application.
- If your application is approved and the first order is paid*, we will activate your Net-30 account
*Please Note: Your first order needs to be paid with a check or credit card.
How to place Purchase Orders:
- Once your Net-30 account is set up, please Email or fax a copy of your purchase order to 877-251-2288 or give us a call to place an order.
- Confirmation Invoices will be sent to the email address on file in your OfficeSmartLabels customer account.
- Terms of payment are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
