How to set up a NET-30 Account with us:

  1. Click here to fill out a Net-30 Agreement Application.
  2. If your application is approved and the first order is paid*, we will activate your Net-30 account

*Please Note: Your
first order needs to be paid with a check or credit card.



How to place Purchase Orders:

  1. Once your Net-30 account is set up, please Email or fax a copy of your purchase order to 877-251-2288 or give us a call to place an order.
  2. Confirmation Invoices will be sent to the email address on file in your OfficeSmartLabels customer account.
  3. Terms of payment are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
