RETURNS & REFUNDS

OfficeSmartLabels stands behind our labels with a "NO HASSLE" guarantee: We guarantee our products to be free of defects and will gladly exchange or refund any item found to be defective within 30 days of receipt. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace your order or refund your money (minus shipping and handling) No restocking fees, No hassle!



         HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

1. Fill out the form on the Contact Us page (Choose 'Returns and Refunds' as the subject and be sure to include your Order/Invoice Number).

2. We will email you return shipping instructions and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A prepaid return label will be provided for item/s that are defective/not working correctly.

3. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return. A refund will be credited to the original form of payment.


EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, you should return the unwanted item(s) using the standard return procedure listed above to receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).


ITEMS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED

If by chance we shipped you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please call us at 1-877-251-2288 or Contact Us and we will correct this for you immediately. At this time, we will arrange to collect the wrong item(s) and ship you the correct item(s).


PLEASE NOTE

  • All returns require a return authorization. Items received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted and will be either rejected or returned are your own cost.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages. We strongly suggest you include tracking and insurance with your shipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return for damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns.
