OfficeSmartLabels stands behind our labels with a "NO HASSLE" guarantee: We guarantee our products to be free of defects and will gladly exchange or refund any item found to be defective within 30 days of receipt. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace your order or refund your money (minus shipping and handling) No restocking fees, No hassle!


1. Fill out the form on the Contact Us page (please be sure to include your Order/Invoice Number).

2. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send you return shipping instructions by email. A prepaid return label will be provided for item/s that are defective/not working correctly.

3. Print the invoice for the order you are returning and place it inside the package.

  • Go to My Orders
  • Find the order you are returning
  • Click 'View or Change Order'
  • In the top right-hand corner, click 'Need to Print an Invoice'

4. Return the product to the following address (Please be sure to include the RMA# in the return address and/or write it on the printed invoice):

5. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return. A refund will be credited to the original form of payment.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, you should return the unwanted item(s) using the standard return procedure listed above to receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).


If by chance we shipped you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please call us at 1-877-251-2288 or Contact Us and we will correct this for you immediately. At this time, we will arrange to collect the wrong item(s) and ship you the correct item(s).


  • All returns require a return authorization. Items received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted and will be either rejected or returned are your own cost.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages. We strongly suggest you include tracking and insurance with your shipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return for damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns.
