*When a holiday falls on a Saturday, we close the Friday before. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, we are closed the Monday after.


ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders that are placed before 12pm/3pm PST/EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.


TRACKING

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.

Your safety, as well as that of our employees, is our top priority. Therefore, due to the current conditions surrounding COVID-19, OfficeSmartLabels is temporarily suspending in-store pick ups until further notice. However, we will continue to offer multiple shipping methods to have it delivered directly to you. If you have any questions, please contact us 

BUY ONLINE AND PICK-UP IN STORE FREE!

1. Place Your Order Online

Choose the "In-Store Pickup" as the shipping option from the drop-down menu at checkout.

2. Receive Email Confirmation

Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email letting you know that it's ready to pick up.

3. Pick Up Order At Store

Bring your 'Ready for Pick Up' email in print or on your mobile phone.

*Store pickup is valid during normal business hours and only for orders confirmed via Local Pickup Notification email.

*Most orders are ready within one hour, however, please allow for extra processing time for large orders.

*Orders that are not picked up within 7 days will be returned to stock and we will issue a refund. Refunds will be made on the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
